AIStoryToVideo.com provides a family-safe, commercial-ready 4-scene AI storyboard and video creation studio. To protect creators, viewers, and payment partners, all users must strictly comply with this Acceptable Use & Content Safety Policy.
1. Mandatory Real-Time Automated Content Moderation (Creem Moderation API)
Every text prompt, scene description, and keyframe redraw submitted on AIStoryToVideo.com is screened in real time prior to generation using the Creem Content Moderation API (POST https://api.creem.io/v1/moderation/prompt). Our platform enforces a strict fail-closed policy:
- Prompts returning a moderation decision of
denyorflagare automatically blocked before any script, image keyframe, or video render is executed. - If the moderation service is unreachable or times out, generation is automatically paused rather than bypassing safety screening.
- No GPU credits are deducted when a prompt is blocked by content moderation.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content Categories
You may not use AIStoryToVideo.com to input prompts, generate storyboards, render images, or synthesize videos involving any of the following:
- NSFW, Adult & Sexually Explicit Material: Nudity, pornography, erotica, sexually suggestive poses, fetish content, or adult-oriented imagery of any kind.
- Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (CSAE / CSAM): Zero tolerance for any sexualized, abusive, or exploitative depiction of minors (real or fictional/animated). Violations are immediately reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.
- Non-Consensual Content & Deepfakes: Likenesses of real individuals (celebrities, politicians, public figures, or private persons) without their explicit consent, including face-swapping, voice cloning, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
- Extreme Violence, Gore & Self-Harm: Graphic violence, torture, dismemberment, animal cruelty, suicide encouragement, or self-harm instruction.
- Hate Speech, Harassment & Terrorism: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, harassment, extremism, or violence against protected groups.
- Illegal Acts, Fraud & Deceptive Media: Phishing, scams, medical/financial disinformation, defamation, or copyright/trademark infringement.
3. Enforcement & Account Termination
Repeated attempts to submit prohibited prompts or circumvent automated moderation filters will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of access without notice. To report a policy violation or appeal a moderation block, contact our compliance team at [email protected].
